Teen Group

Connection will be the theme of the April Teen Group, exploring ways to stay connected – with yourself, the people around you, and loved ones who have died by suicide. To read more about the April session, visit Teen Group Flyer – April 2026

Intended for teenagers who have lost a loved one to suicide, our Teen Group runs in each of the school holidays. The group is facilitated by Ash and Kiara, with support from David, one of the counsellors at Support After Suicide. There is usually a theme relating to loss and grief followed by time to play and have fun together. Its an opportunity for teens to connect with others their age who have a similar experience.

Our Serious Fun program for primary school aged children runs at the same time as the Teen Group. If you would like to find out more about Serious Fun, please let us know.

Please note, there is a relaxed coffee morning for parents and carers that runs at the same time as our Teen Group. You are welcome to join us and connect with others.
