Siblings Support Group

The experience of loss to suicide is complex and difficult for most people. The issues faced by the siblings of those who have taken their own lives are unique.

Three times per year, on a Wednesday evening, Support After Suicide holds a discussion evening for siblings who have been bereaved by suicide. The group is usually run as a hybrid group, that is, you can attend either in person or online.

Facilitated by both a counsellor and a lived experience volunteer, these evenings provide an opportunity to meet and connect with other bereaved siblings, share experiences, listen to occasional guest speakers and gain understanding and support.
