SUMMARY:Serious Fun
DESCRIPTION:Our January Serious Fun session will be focused on the Nourishing Your Mind and Body. \nBri will be running a yoga and mindfulness session\, followed by artwork and games. For lunch\, we’ll be making our own healthy rice paper rolls. \nIntended for primary school aged children who have lost a loved one to suicide\, Serious Fun runs in each of the school holidays. Members of the Support After Suicide counselling team and trained volunteers facilitate these sessions. There is usually a theme relating to loss and grief followed by time to play and have fun together.
