Ringwood Support Group

If you have lost a loved one to suicide, you live in or nearby the Ringwood area, and you would like to meet others who are travelling a similar road, you may wish to come along to our regular Ringwood support group.

Held in a room at a local MP’s electorate office in Ringwood, and facilitated by trained peer support volunteer Julie, the group is an opportunity to meet and connect with others that have lost a loved one to suicide, to share experiences and to provide support in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

The group meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month (except December) from 7pm to 9pm. It is held in the office of local MP, Nick McGowan, who provides the room free of charge each month. You can read more in our Ringwood Support Group flyer.

The group is recommended for people who are at least 12 months post their bereavement. Julie will call you before you attend for the first time to share how the group runs and as an opportunity for you to ask any questions.

To RSVP, please click the orange REGISTER button to the left of the screen.
